The text, rankings, ratings, uncertainty estimates, trajectories, predictions, datasets, compilations and design of rootsroadandrocks.com are © 2026 Roots Road and Rocks. All rights are reserved except as set out below.

Race results themselves are facts published by the organizers and timing companies behind each event. These terms don’t claim ownership of those facts. They cover the selection, arrangement, analysis and output that Roots Road and Rocks produces from them.

What you may do

Read and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Link to any page.
Quote or share an individual rider’s ranking, rating or result with attribution and a link to rootsroadandrocks.com.

What you may not do

Without written permission, you may not:

Copy, scrape, harvest or download the rankings, ratings, trajectories or underlying datasets in bulk, by any automated or manual means.
Republish, mirror, redistribute, sell or license any substantial part of the site or its data, including on another website, app or database.
Use the site or its data to build a competing ranking, rating or database product.
Use the site or its data to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning or AI models.

Accuracy

Rankings and ratings are statistical estimates built from published results and are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. They aren’t official USA Cycling rankings and shouldn’t be relied on for seeding, selection or eligibility decisions.

Corrections and removal

If a result, an age or a name is wrong, or you’d like a rider’s listing reviewed, send us a note and we’ll act on it.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the terms in force at the time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
